Purposes

We use data to respond to seat requests, deliver confirmed training, improve the site, meet legal obligations, and — only if you accept analytics cookies — understand aggregate traffic patterns.

Legal bases

Where Japan’s Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI) applies, we process data with your consent, to perform a contract or pre-contract request, or as otherwise permitted for legitimate business needs that do not unduly harm your rights.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed for an active engagement or dispute. Confirmed enrollment records are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and legal compliance. Chart files submitted for review are deleted within 90 days after the session unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up.

Sharing

We use hosting and email providers who process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Japanese law or to protect rights and safety.

International transfers

If a processor stores data outside Japan, we take steps consistent with APPI to protect it, such as contractual safeguards with the provider.

Your rights
