Refunds & cancellations

This Policy applies to Candlestick Pattern Analysis Training seats, clinics, and private chart reviews confirmed in writing by Professional Cloud Net. It does not cover products or delivery models we do not offer (for example physical retail merchandise or subscription signal feeds).

Eligibility overview

Refunds depend on timing relative to the confirmed start, whether materials production has begun, and whether sessions have already been delivered. Informal website inquiries with no confirmed seat are not charged and need no refund.

Multi-session programs (Literacy, Studios, Continuation)

• Full refund — cancel in writing at least 14 days before the first session; deposit and fees already paid are returned minus any non-refundable materials already produced for your seat.
• Partial refund (50% of program fee) — cancel between 13 and 7 days before the first session, provided no session has started.
• No program-fee refund — cancel within 6 days of the first session, or after any session has begun. Unused later sessions are not prorated once the cohort is underway.

Private Chart Review

Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the appointment for a full fee refund or free move to a new slot. Later cancellations or no-shows forfeit the session fee. Charts already marked before a late cancel remain yours; the fee still covers the prep work completed.

Evening Clinic seats

Clinic seats may be cancelled for a full refund up to 72 hours before the clinic. Inside 72 hours, fees are non-refundable but may be credited once toward a future clinic within 90 days if you notify us before the start time.

Deposits

Some multi-session programs require a deposit to hold a seat. Deposits are applied to the final fee. Deposits become non-refundable once printed chart packs or recognition cards for your cohort have entered production, even if the remaining fee is still unpaid.

Rescheduling

You may request one complimentary move to a later cohort of the same program if seats exist and you ask at least 7 days before start. Additional moves may incur an administrative fee stated in our confirmation email.

No-shows

Missing a session without notice counts as delivered for refund purposes. We do not guarantee makeup seats, though facilitators may share notes at their discretion.

Work already started & purchased materials

Once a private review markup or cohort materials production has started, that portion of value is non-refundable. Physical handouts already printed for you are non-refundable; unused digital PDFs may be revoked if a full refund is issued before day one.

Refund process & timing

Email studio@professionalcloudnet.digital with your name, program, and confirmation reference. We confirm eligibility within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned by the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank or processor fees charged by third parties are not reimbursed.

Exceptions

If we cancel a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to a future date at no extra cost. Documented medical emergencies may receive case-by-case partial relief at our discretion.
