These Terms govern access to the Professional Cloud Net website and enrollment in Candlestick Pattern Analysis Training offered by Professional Cloud Net (“we,” “us”) at 487-1264, Ibukino, Midori-ku Yokohama-shi, Kanagawa, Japan. By using this site or requesting a seat, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide educational training, workshops, clinics, and private chart reviews related to candlestick pattern analysis. Content is instructional. We do not provide investment advice, brokerage, portfolio management, or guaranteed trading outcomes.

Seat requests and confirmation

Submitting a contact form is a request, not a contract. A seat is confirmed only when we send written acceptance stating dates, format (studio or online), fees, and any deposit. Fees shown on this site are informational only; no payment checkout operates on this website.

Eligibility

Participants should be adults able to engage with financial chart examples. You are responsible for ensuring that participation complies with laws and employer policies that apply to you.

Intellectual property

Course materials, recognition cards, chart packs, Pattern Lab text, and site content remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors. You may use materials for personal study. Redistribution, resale, or public classroom reuse without written permission is prohibited.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt forms or hosting, scrape content at scale, or submit abusive messages. We may refuse or cancel participation if conduct interferes with other learners or staff safety.

Disclaimer

Training discusses historical and illustrative charts. Markets involve risk of loss. Past pattern appearances do not predict future results. We are not liable for trading decisions you make after attending sessions.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Japanese law, our aggregate liability arising from a confirmed engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Courts in Kanagawa Prefecture shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
